Before you register:

If you are registering on behalf of your organization's Board of Directors, please be sure to use ONLY the delegate's name and information (email, etc.) when completing each registration. At this time, the system is set up so that each ticket must be purchased individually. Your registered delegates will receive the confirmation email along with a receipt of payment, as well as any further communications about this event moving forward.


Delegates wishing to purchase a guest meal package (for a guest who is not attending the conference) should add one GUEST MEAL ticket during checkout.


Delegates who are currently Board Chairs and Vice-Chairs wishing to attend the in-person Chairs & Vice-Chairs Lunch and Session on Sunday, October 25 from 12:30 - 2:30pm, should add one CHAIR & VC SESSION ticket during checkout. (There is a small added fee to reserve the light lunch that will be served before the session).

You may be eligible for reimbursement of up to two dinners. You are responsible for making your own travel arrangements, but these expenses will be covered, and accommodations will be arranged and covered by the co-operative.

    This ticket is reserved strictly for DFC Board and Staff and includes access to all conference-related sessions and activities from October 24 – 25, 2026 (i.e., 1 drink ticket for the cocktail reception, 2 hot buffet breakfasts, 1 hot buffet lunch, and 4 refreshment breaks). You will be reimbursed for your travel expenses as well as meals not included during the conference, and your accommodations will be arranged and covered by the co-operative.
