Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting is an opportunity for the membership to exercise their democratic right to vote on issues that are presented during the Business meeting, as well as to elect the members of the Board of Directors.

Every individual director who has paid the $2 lifetime membership fee has the right to vote at the AGM, even if there is more than one delegate from the same credit union, caisse populaire, mutual, or co-operative present. There is no additional cost to attend the AGM.

2026 Virtual AGM
We held our Annual General Meeting on January 27, 2026 where the membership was provided a brief overview of the highlights from last year, and updates on what is in the works for this year!

Three directors were acclaimed to the board, as there were three nominations received and three available seats on the board, including: Christine Coccimiglio (Your Neighbourhood Credit Union) for a one-year term, Leo Racette (Sudbury Credit Union) for a three-year term, and Sara Maharajh-Crossley (Cliffside Court Housing Co-operative) was welcomed as our newest board member for a three-year term.

An Open Forum discussion followed the business meeting, where the membership was invited to provide input on the future programming of the co-operative.

We thank everyone who attended the meeting and discussion!
